Dr. Albert Carlotti is the founder and medical director of BellaNova Cosmetic Surgery. He completed an AACS-accredited fellowship in facial and body cosmetic surgery. He teaches cosmetic surgical techniques internationally, serves on the Board of Directors of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and chairs its Artificial Intelligence Committee, and is a past president of the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation. Where is BellaNova Cosmetic Surgery located?
1261 S Congress Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33406-5172, in central Palm Beach County. Consultations and surgery both take place here, in our own state-registered Level III surgical facility with two private operating rooms. Most patients reach us in 15–35 minutes from Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Lake Worth Beach and Boynton Beach, and in under an hour from Jupiter, Delray Beach and Boca Raton. Patients also travel to us from out of state.
Is the surgical facility state-registered?
Yes. Procedures are performed in our own state-registered Level III surgical facility with board-certified anesthesia. We do not send patients elsewhere for surgery, which means the same team is involved from consultation through recovery. About the facility.
What happens at a consultation?
A one-to-one conversation with Dr. Carlotti — not a patient coordinator. He reviews your goals and medical history, examines you, performs a facial or body analysis, discusses the options including the ones that argue against surgery, and explains realistic outcomes and risks. You leave with a written plan and a written quote. Consultations typically take 45 to 60 minutes.
How much does cosmetic surgery cost at BellaNova Cosmetic Surgery?
Cost depends on the procedure, whether procedures are combined, operative time and facility requirements. Your written quote covers the listed surgeon, anesthesia, facility and routine post-operative services for your agreed surgical plan. Additional procedures, revisions or extended stays outside that plan may carry separate charges, which we discuss with you. Financing is available. See cost and financing.
Does Dr. Carlotti perform revision surgery?
Yes, and it is a substantial part of the practice. Revision requires working through scarred tissue with altered anatomy and usually requires adding structure rather than removing more. Read about revision surgery.
